All orders ship In 7 business days (unless there is a big sale, it may take a day or two longer) when your order is placed (unless otherwise specified i.e. if a big restock was placed which takes about 7-10 business days to get out because of all the orders)
MAKE SURE your address is correct when you check out. We will not refund or resend an order for a wrong address entered at check out. If an order is sent back to us due to a wrong address number, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping charge to resend.
DOMESTIC Orders will ship through USPS and you will be emailed when shipping occurs along with a tracking number. Once the package goes into the hands of USPS we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods along the way. Packages will arrive between 2-5 *business* days. Please check your email inbox and spam to get tracking info to see the process of your package. If you do not receive your package within the 2-5 *business days* you will need to contact your local post office and give them your tracking info to have them search for your package.
INTERNATIONAL Orders: Unfortunately tracking limited for packages, so order cautiously. Buyers are responsible for all customs and imports taxes that may apply.

PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final. Unfortunately there are no refunds or exchanges. Due to hygiene reasons, if you have already worn OR used any of your In Flower products they will not be accepted for returns. No exceptions.

We are not responsible for any loss or delayed packages due to the postal service. For pins, we are not responsible for any losses due to faulty pin backings or damages due to USPS.

*Floral Pieces are packed in the best possible way to ensure there is no damage. If floral item is damaged in transit and above $50 we will do our best to repair/replace the item. Please keep in mind that these are delicate and naturally breakage of foliage may occur.
